Abstract
This article examines the priority directions of cultural development within the framework of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the role of culture in strengthening national identity, preserving historical memory, promoting spiritual renewal, and ensuring sustainable social development. Particular attention is paid to the institutional and philosophical foundations of cultural policy, the modernization of cultural infrastructure, the preservation of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and the integration of national values with universal human ideals. The research demonstrates that cultural development has become one of the strategic priorities of state policy in New Uzbekistan and serves as an important factor in enhancing social cohesion, national progress, and international cultural cooperation.
