Abstract
Modern education systems are undergoing rapid transformation due to globalization, technological progress, and the growing demands of the labor market. In the 21st century, students are expected not only to possess theoretical knowledge but also to demonstrate practical competencies such as problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and effective communication. In this regard, the 4K model has become one of the most important approaches in contemporary education.
