Abstract
The article reflects the measures for training highly qualified specialists, i.e. highly capable pedagogical personnel, in primary educational institutions based on the requirements of the present era and improving their knowledge, skills and qualifications. In particular, great attention is paid to the issue of achieving high-quality education on the basis of the “Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan”.
