Journal Policies

1. Editorial Policy

All journals are peer reviewed and open access scholarly journals committed to publishing high quality and original research.

Manuscripts are evaluated based on academic merit originality clarity and relevance to the journal scope. Editorial decisions are made independently and without any commercial influence. Editors maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and reviewer information.


2. Peer Review Policy

All submissions follow a double blind peer review process.

Step 1 Initial screening by the editorial team
Step 2 Assignment to at least two independent reviewers
Step 3 Reviewers evaluate originality methodology clarity and contribution
Step 4 Decision is made as Accept Minor Revision Major Revision or Reject

The review process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Final decisions are made by the editorial team based on reviewer comments.


3. Publication Ethics and Malpractice

The journals follow standard ethical practices in academic publishing.

Authors must submit original and unpublished work. Plagiarism fabrication and falsification of data are not allowed. All sources must be properly cited and all co authors must approve the submission.

Editors must ensure fair and unbiased decisions maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.

Reviewers must provide objective feedback maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest.


4. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection tools.

The acceptable similarity level is up to 10 to 15 percent. Manuscripts exceeding this limit may be rejected. Serious cases may result in blacklisting of authors.


5. Retraction and Correction Policy

Articles may be retracted in cases of ethical violations plagiarism or incorrect data.

Minor errors may be corrected after publication. Any retraction or correction will be clearly indicated on the article page.


6. Authorship Policy

Only individuals who have made significant contributions to the research should be listed as authors.

All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission. Any changes in authorship after submission must be properly justified.


7. Conflict of Interest Policy

Authors reviewers and editors must disclose any financial personal or professional conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its evaluation.


8. Open Access Policy

All journals follow an open access model.

All articles are freely available to read download and share without any subscription or access fee.


9. Copyright Policy

Authors retain copyright of their work.

The journal is granted the right to publish and distribute the article.


10. Article Processing Charges

Choose one option and keep it same for all journals

Option 1
The journal does not charge any article processing charges. Publication is completely free.

Option 2
If applicable clearly mention the fee amount.


11. Submission Policy

Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format.

Submissions must include the full manuscript author details and a cover letter. Simultaneous submissions to other journals are not allowed.


12. Publication Frequency

All journals are published on a monthly basis with twelve issues per year.


13. Archiving Policy

The journals ensure long term preservation of published content through website archiving and future repository support.


14. Data Availability

Authors are encouraged to provide access to the data used in their research. A data availability statement may be included where applicable.


15. Privacy Statement

Personal information such as names email addresses and affiliations will be used only for journal related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.


16. Transparency and Integrity Statement

The journals follow transparent editorial processes and ethical publishing practices. No misleading information regarding indexing or impact factors will be provided.
