Abstract

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of criminological mechanisms for preventing and combating domestic violence. It examines the social, psychological, cultural, and legal factors contributing to violence, as well as the significance of preventive interviews, protection orders, and corrective programmes. Based on official statistical data and international experience, the article substantiates the need to improve the effectiveness of prevention measures, ensure early identification of risks, expand safe reporting channels for victims, and evaluate preventive interventions based on outcome-oriented indicators.
