Abstract
This article examines the multifaceted role of educators (*tarbiyachi*) within the specialized framework of schools of creativity in Uzbekistan. Focused specifically on the Hamid Olimjon and Zulfiya School of Creativity, it discusses how modern pedagogical methods are integrated with national literary traditions to foster a unique environment for gifted youth. The paper highlights the shift from traditional supervisory roles to that of a creative mentor and psychological guide.
