Abstract

This article examines the methods of forming ecological skills in students based on the 4K model. The 4K model — Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Communication — serves as an effective pedagogical approach in developing environmental awareness and ecological responsibility among students. The article discusses innovative teaching methods, interactive technologies, project-based learning, digital platforms, and collaborative activities that help students acquire ecological competencies. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of integrating modern educational technologies into environmental education to promote sustainable development and ecological culture. The research emphasizes that the 4K model enhances students’ ability to analyze environmental problems, generate innovative solutions, work effectively in teams, and communicate environmental ideas clearly.
