Abstract

This article examines the mechanisms for implementing “smart” management systems in consulting companies based on digital technologies, with particular attention to the conditions of digital economic development in Uzbekistan. The study focuses on how consulting firms can transform traditional managerial practices through data-driven decision-making, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, customer relationship management systems, business process automation, and integrated analytical tools. The article emphasizes that “smart” management is not limited to the introduction of separate software solutions, but represents a comprehensive organizational mechanism that combines digital infrastructure, managerial culture, human capital, cybersecurity, strategic planning, and performance monitoring. In the context of consulting companies, such systems increase the accuracy of diagnostics, accelerate communication with clients, improve project coordination, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen competitiveness in the service market. The research also highlights the importance of adapting international digital management experience to national economic conditions, institutional requirements, and the technological readiness of enterprises. The expected practical value of the study lies in the development of methodological approaches for improving the efficiency, transparency, and flexibility of consulting activities through “smart” management systems.
