Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical system for designing individual trajectories in the professional training of students. The study focuses on the methodological, organizational, diagnostic, and reflective foundations of constructing personalized educational routes that correspond to students’ professional interests, academic readiness, cognitive abilities, and future career orientations. In modern higher education, professional training cannot be limited to the transmission of standard knowledge and skills, because each student enters the educational process with different levels of motivation, learning experience, practical competence, and personal development needs. Therefore, the design of individual trajectories becomes an important pedagogical mechanism for improving the quality of professional preparation, strengthening students’ independent learning activity, and developing their responsibility for personal and professional growth. The article analyzes the role of pedagogical diagnostics, differentiated tasks, modular learning, mentoring, reflective assessment, digital educational resources, and competency-based approaches in the development of individual trajectories. Special attention is paid to the conditions of pedagogical education, where future specialists must not only master theoretical knowledge, but also develop professional thinking, communication culture, methodological flexibility, and readiness for continuous self-development. The results of the study show that a systematically designed individual trajectory helps to increase students’ academic motivation, practical readiness, self-assessment skills, and professional competence. The proposed pedagogical system is based on the integration of personal needs, educational standards, professional competencies, and institutional opportunities.
